Saint Louis Sucre employees are regularly trained and made aware of this. The regular analysis of quality monitoring indicators and the culture of continuous improvement contribute to the objective of satisfying the requirements of our customers and consumers. The analysis of complaints allows us to implement corrective and preventive actions and to identify areas for improvement.

Some of our products also meet other certifications: Organic, Fair Trade, Kosher, Halal. The labelling and information provided to our customers and consumers enable them to use our products in the best possible conditions.

Ethics and compliance

Saint Louis Sucre shares the Südzucker Group’s concern for ethics and good governance. In order to ensure that these are respected, the Südzucker Group has established compliance rules covering all areas. These guidelines are intended to provide employees with guidance in the areas of competition law, gifts and invitations and the prevention of insider trading. The common basis is summarised in the group’s code of conduct, which lays down certain fundamental principles, including compliance with the law and regulations and fair and respectful working conditions. Saint Louis Sucre is also a member of Sedex (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) and many sites are audited according to SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit).
