The Saint Louis Sucre company's governance structure is composed of a Supervisory Board and a Board of Directors.  This separation guarantees the respect of the balance of powers between the management functions assumed by the Board of Directors and the control functions devoted to the Supervisory Board. The Board of Directors makes the decisions and is supported by an Executive Committee with which it elaborates the company policy and carries out the decisions. The Executive Committee is composed of six members, among whom the two members of the Board of Directors.
