The common granulated sugar does not suit all applications: the industrial site of “ROYE CONDITIONNEMENT” allows us to obtain homogeneous and low particle size sugars by a sieving process which preserves the crystal integrity. Therefore it becomes possible to find the grain size distribution convenient to your need, either for a fast dissolving, a homogeneous and stable dry mix (particularly crucial in pharmaceutical applications), or a flowability in process.
By grinding granulated sugar, we obtain a sugar quality with the finest grain size also called icing sugar. This type of sugar enables the adjustment of  the texture (for instance for a filling), or can be used for decoration. Icing sugar is available pure or blended with an anti-caking agent, and marketed in different packaging sizes from 20 kg bags to big bags.
