Standard sugars

Saint Louis Sucre - Food Industry - standard sugars

The white sugar is the reference sweetening ingredient. The most common grade is the granulated sugar extracted either from sugar beet in sugar factories or from sugarcane in sugar refineries for pure cane sugars.Three qualitative grades are proposed to answer to the high specificities of  products such as beverages requiring low colour or high filtrability ("GRANULE"), to bring extreme whiteness and brightness ("REFINED") or more simply to bring the sweet taste with the most standard quality ("CRYSTAL"). Organic crystal sugar is also available.
